Tronxy X5S Linear Rail Upgrade

Here are some files that can be used to upgrade the Tronxy X5S to a linear rail system. Thanks to Chito for his work on the CR-10 HD Modular extruder (link: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2494642). I had taken his design and made it into a mounting system for a linear rail, retaining use of all his current modules that are made as well as ones that were crowd created also. Even though my printer has a custom topper on it, the motor mounts (On my topper) use the same mount as the stock placement of the motors for the X and Y axis, enabling you to put the rails on the top of the 2020 and using linear rails that way. For my build, I used 400mm Linear rails on all axis, with MGN12H blocks on the Y axis, and MGN12C blocks for the Z and Gantry. Keep this in mind when buying the linear rails as 12H and 12C are not interchangeable unless you want screws to be missing and only have 2 screws in certain parts. For the Z Axis, it can support up to 500mm linear rails (Size of the machine basically). For the Y axis, as long as the 2020 extrusions are (Stock is 500, so I would just go with some 450mm rails). For the X axis, 450mm linear rails look about right, but do not quote me on this as I am not using the stock setup. I would honestly say get some 500mm linear rail for the gantry portion and cut it down to size for your given need. Screws: m3 x 10 screws (At least 28 for the linear blocks and 8 for the motors). Other various m3 sizes (Basically for the extruder, which is based off of the CR-10 HD Modular extruder made by Chito). All of his current modules will work with the extruder. M5 x whatever. This part is highly dependent on what length screws you will be using for your belt pulley's. Spacers: Various lengths, making sure to have some in each 5mm interval from 5mm up to 40mm. These are what you are going to be using to get your belt spacing correct for the CoreXY portion of the conversion. Belts: Long enough belts to run both motors. Get at least 10m so that you have more than you need and not run out.
