Tronxy X5S Lightweight Direct Extruder Mount (E3D Titan/E3D Volcano)

I was extremely dissatisfied with printing using a Bowden setup, so I began searching for an alternative solution. After discovering some Direct Extruder designs on the web, I decided to take matters into my own hands and create a custom Direct Extruder specifically tailored for my X5S printer. In order to achieve optimal stability, I opted to utilize this unique Carriage (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2780420) that has been designed with precision in mind. My goal was to minimize the weight of the extruder while maintaining its structural integrity, hence the creation of this innovative Mount. This design is specifically suited for use with a small body Extrudermotor equipped with a Titan (Clone), an E3D Volcano (Clone), and incorporates a Mini height sensor IR board (https://miscsolutions.wordpress.com/mini-height-sensor-board/) for accurate leveling. To ensure maximum stability, I chose to retain the original metal plate between the Extruder Mount and the Carriage. In terms of cooling, this solution is perfectly complemented by these Fan mounts (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2826475), which work seamlessly with my custom Extruder mount.
