Tronxy X5S Lightweight Direct Extruder Mount (E3D Titan/E3D Volcano)

<p>I was very unhappy with printing with a Bowden setup. I found some Direct Extruder Things here, but i wasn't happy with that because of weight.</p> <p>So i decided to build a Direct Extruder for my X5S. I want to use this Carriage (<a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2780420">https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2780420</a>) for stability and i want the Extruder as light as possible and so i created this. This Mount is vor a small body Extrudermotor with a Titan (Clone), a E3D Volcano (Clone) and i use a Mini height sensor IR board (<a href="https://miscsolutions.wordpress.com/mini-height-sensor-board/">https://miscsolutions.wordpress.com/mini-height-sensor-board/</a>) for leveling.</p> <p>For stability reasons i use the original metal plate between the Extruder Mount and the Carriage.</p> <p>For cooling i use this Fan mounts (<a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2826475">https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2826475</a>) which works perfekt with my Extruder mount.</p> Category: 3D Printer Parts
