E3DV6 mount with dual radial fans specifically designed for Tronxy X5S series printers. This mount will only fit if your X-axis plate exactly matches the one shown in the picture. The distance between the outer two holes must be approximately 58mm to ensure a proper fit. I've included versions of the files that allow for mounting an endstop, although I no longer use endstops on my X and Y axes. The files should still work fine. You'll need the following printed parts: * mount.stl * pressurepiece.stl * Your choice of fan ducts For mounting equipment, you'll need: * 2x M3x10 screws or similar for attaching the extruder mount to the metal plate * 2x M3x20 screws and nuts to clamp the extruder down * 1x M3x20 screw and nut for each 5015 fan you want to use The fans are height adjustable, and I recommend using a small M3 size washer under the screws that hold the ducts in place to distribute the force more evenly. I may make adjustments to the ducts in the future to improve air flow. Currently, on full power, they cool down the heat block significantly due to the redirected air flow. It's essential to use a silicone sock on the heater block to prevent heat loss from fans. Update: With the E3DV6, it's crucial to have a silicone sock on the heater to avoid heat loss. If you're using high fan PWM settings (past 40%), your nozzle may cool down enough to cause extruder skipping.
