I Designed This Complete Head Upgrade for the Tronxy X5S.\r\nI created it because I believe the original parts do not ensure a clean bearing guidance on the profiles and are not adjustable. \r\nIt includes, in addition to the adjustable X-slider (normal and with or without bearing mount for E3D), adjustable Y-sliders (bearings only outside), new adapted motor holders, and the necessary mounting plates for the deflection bearings opposite the motors. I also included an upgrade of the belt drive to Leerrohr.\r\nTo do this, you will need about 80cm of Leerrohr DN25. However, that is not a must. \r\nI have been using this head upgrade for approximately 6 weeks and it works perfectly. \r\n\r\nYou will need:\r\n\r\n8x 5x20 Karosseriescheiben\r\n4x M5x35 screws (as axle on Y-slider)\r\n4x M5x35 screws (as axle on X-slider)\r\n2x M5x50 screws (as pulley axle on Y-slider)\r\n1x M5x70 screw (pulley axle front right, high pulley)\r\n1x M5x60 screw (pulley axle front left, lower pulley)\r\n1x M5x35 screw (pulley axle front right, lower pulley)\r\n1x M5x50 screw (pulley axle front left, high pulley)\r\n4x M3x20 screws (adjustment Y-slider)\r\n2x M3x30 screws (X-slider adjustment)\r\n12 x M5 self-locking nuts\r\n\r\nIn addition, short pipe pieces with an internal diameter of 5mm are required for the bearing spacing and to make the bearings run smoothly. \r\nI bought a meter of Alurohr in the hardware store and cut it into the desired length (should be between 5 and 7 mm) using a pipe cutter. \r\nThe self-locking nuts are screwed onto the axles with the locking part first, so they hold the inner bearing of the bearings perfectly.\r\n\r\nI hope I haven't forgotten anything :-)\r\n\r\n\r\n
