TronXY X5S Cooling System Upgrade. One of the major early challenges with the X5S is its poorly designed cooling system. Unable to source replacement parts promptly, I created this upgrade using standard components from my version 5 X5S kit to achieve several key benefits: > Efficient cooling of the print head. > Preventing heat block overheating. > Improved part cooling performance. > A significant reduction in overall weight. In addition to these improvements, I also integrated LED headlights to illuminate the printing area. However, some users may encounter issues with supports generated by slicers. To address this, I've included STL files featuring built-in support models. Simply select the file that best suits your needs. The upgrade consists of three main components: > Base > Part Cooling Duct > Fan Cover, featuring optional LED lights and a protective wire shield.
