@Jeffthegeek thanks for your design. As my glass bed perfectly matches the aluminum plate (330x330) dimensions, I decided to modify your design to accommodate the full bed size. Along the way, I added some extra features like fillets and M3 nut placeholders to make it more user-friendly. I printed the modified parts in ABS, but now I need to test their performance under high temperatures. By the way, the top layer looks a bit rough - no big deal, though, since the 2-year-old ABS is likely to blame.
