Tronxy X5S full enclosure
thingiverse
This is my enclosure for the Tronxy X5S. It will work with any "cubic" printer using an aluminum profile structure. Please note that all my electronics were already inside the printer, and that I had to place the spool inside as well. You'll probably need to adapt this for your needs, since this model was made for my already modified printer. - avantdroit.stl must be printed 4 times (2 times mirrored) - arrieredroit.stl must be printed 4 times (2 times mirrored) - anglearrieredroit.stl must be printed 2 times (1 mirrored) - angleavantdroit.stl must be printed 2 times (1 mirrored) I used support, raft, and a denser infil for charniere1 and charniere2. Each of these needs to be printed 4 times (2 times mirrored). Everything is made to be used with M4 screws and nuts. The spool holder is fixed on a 20x20 vertical profile, and uses 2 skateboard bearings with some 8x15mm axle. I also provided the DXF file to cut the panels (I used 3mm PVC), but feel free to make your own! For example, I did not want the LCD screen visible, which might seem odd.
