This is my straightforward design to replace the stoch Tronxy 'ball bearing idlers' with actual ones. I've opted for idlers with 3mm holes since I had those lying around and they make the design easier as 5mm bolts won't fit properly into the slot of a 2020 extrusion when they're too long and not aligned correctly. You'll also need two spacers to ensure the idlers are installed at their correct offset. The holes are quite tight, so you might have to drill the spacer with a matching bit or create your own spacers. However, don't make this adjustment on the holder because the friction between the bolts that hold the idler is sufficient enough to function without any nuts. All mounting holes for the 2020 extrusion are designed for M4 bolts. Printing was done without support. While a raft may be useful, mine worked well without it. If I recall correctly, I used 50% infill. Don't forget to rotate the holder with the front side (the one that faces forward after installation) towards the bed before slicing. Important!!! You'll need longer belts to use these idlers.
