Tronxy X5S Flexion Single HT Extruder Mount and Fan Shroud

This is a mount and fan shroud that allows direct extrusion style installation of a Flexion Single HT Extruder/Hot-End (should work for non-HT version as well) to Tronxy X5S printer using original mounting hardware and fans that come stock with the Tronxy X5S. Installation tips: - Place 3mm nuts inside nut-shaped indentions on inner wall of left side of printed mount. - Install printed mount onto gantry system of Tronxy X5S using original hardware. - Place Flexion aluminum heat sink block in lower indent of printed mount. - Remove Tronxy X5S extruder stepper motor from frame and place it in upper indent of printed mount. - Run 3mm bolts that came with Flexion extruder through top holes on left side of printed mount and screw them into stepper motor. (Bolts should go through printed mount and aluminum heat sink block before threading into stepper motor) - Stick Flexion HT hot end assembly (nozzle, heat block, and heat break come assembled) up through hole in bottom of printed mount and into groove of aluminum heat sink block, align with best clearance of fan shroud and tighten 3mm bolt on heat sink. - Thread 3mm bolts up through holes in bottom of printed mount directly into aluminum heat sink block. - Bolt 40mm heat sink fan that came stock on Tronxy X5S into bottom holes on left side of mount using 3mm bolts and thread them into nuts that were placed in grooves of printed mount earlier. - Place 40mm part cooling blower fan that came stock with Tronxy X5S in fan shroud in bottom right side of printed mount. Use small screws that came with Tronxy X5S to fasten it down in holes on top side of blower fan. - Screw limit switch into place on end of "arm" that sticks out of back left side of printed mount using small screws that came with Tronxy X5S - Install thermistor and heater core into Flexion heat block. I had to reverse stepper motor direction in marlin firmware and recalibrate steps/mm. I am currently using 90 steps/mm for ABS with great success.
