TronXY X5S Direct Drive X Carriage

This is a combination of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2780420 and https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5013803 I loved the stabilized plate from 2780420, but wanted a direct drive option. Then I found 5013803. I imported both designs into F360, and used the direct drive adapter dimensions to add those parts to the carriage plate. I added DirectDrive_Spacer.stl so that all three parts could be printed without supports of any kind. Just lay them all flat on the build plate and go. It may appear top heavy, but it is not, and it seems to work really well. I'm getting very smooth prints and the stringing problems I had while using the Bowden tube setup are gone. (I still use bowden tube to deliver the filament to the extruder, but the extruder is now pulling the filament through, instead of pushing. the X-Endstop has a spot on the back plate to attach it to, and there is also an added place for the BLTouch. These bits were adopted from: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3096103 Note: this replaces the original metal plate that came with the X5S. Just move the hotend mounting hardware to the new plate. And another thing... for a parts cooling setup, I'm using https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2792412 (Twisted Mittens) SO GOOD.
