Tronxy X5S / CoreXY Belt holder Corner

Tronxy X5S / CoreXY Belt holder Corner

thingiverse

This design was created at the request of a friend, fryakatkop, who was experiencing issues with his Tronxy X5S. He had printed the corner from thing:2768407 but encountered a problem - his axis began to bend over. I was asked if I could develop a solution for him. After discussing the issue, we came up with this design: a cap for the corners that would support the axis and prevent bending. The cap would be designed to work seamlessly with the original corner, but with some modifications to make it thinner and more efficient in terms of print time and material usage. To assemble both sides of the cap, you will need the following components: * 6 M4x8 screws * 2 M4x45 screws * 4 M5x50 screws * 14 M5 locknuts * And, of course, four pulleys Please note that you will need to mirror the top and bottom corners in your slicer for the left side - unless you are using the Chaos Edition Top, which was specifically designed by BishobMarthen.
