Update: My profiles for Simplify3D and Prusa Slic3r have been uploaded. Let me know how they work for you. V 1.2 Tronxy X5s Ramps 1.4 is uploaded for the stock extruder, and Drakon extruder will include my profiles for Symplify3D and Prusa slicer next upload. Also, filament run-out will be added soon. I increased probe from the standard 3x3 to a larger 5x5 as I wasn't getting good results with the smaller settings. I also decreased double touch for each point back to single. These configs have a z offset for my PrintINZ build surface "https://www.printinz.com/printinz-3d-printer-plates/". Remember to set your Z offset for your build plate, links to videos are below. Once you save your z-offset, you should be good to go. Change Filament: works fine. Load and unload filament: works smoothly. PID autotune: works perfectly. Any issues, message me or leave a comment. Thank you and enjoy! Marlin 1.1.8 is running on my TronXY X5S with RAMPS 1.4. I bricked my original X5S main board and decided to upgrade. I wanted auto leveling, filament run out, and change filament enabled. I swapped my hot end for a genuine E3D V6. The 4988 wouldn't run the dual Z motors and on the extruder, The extruder has been calibrated "Stock bowden Extruder". Auto mesh bed leveling has been added using the BLTouch with this mount: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2815399. Thanks to Robscar for helping me get it done and for the mount. The stock extruder will now extrude 100mm no more over/under extruding.
