Tronxy X5 not-so-Mega gantry (Y carriage)

Inspired by Graham01's Mega Gantry, I designed mine from scratch without attributing it as a remix - hope that is acceptable. I'm using the direct extruder conversion by Kozamaker but didn't want to use the suggested three-wheel carriages since they were no larger than the original Tronxy-supplied metal plates. The Mega Gantry carriages were too wide for this application, just like the remixed Semi-mega Gantry - so I designed some that are longer than the originals yet ensure the full print area is achievable with the wide back plate of the direct extruder conversion (pictured). Compared to the Mega Gantry, you don't have the attachment to the back of the X-extrusion but they are still larger than the originals and therefore rigid enough. Idler pulleys will need to be fitted with spacers of your choice. I recommend removing the front of the frame and assembling the rollers before placing the carriages onto the sides of the frame. You may want to drill out one of the roller mounting holes to allow some adjustability - you should only need to adjust one roller. When you mount the rollers, you might like to use the tiny 1.5mm-high spacer that I've included as well. You can scale that up to mount the idlers if you prefer. I have provided the files in case you'd like to make changes - it's much easier to edit the 2D drawing in DesignSpark before 'pulling' (extruding to 3D), so I have provided un-pulled and pulled files.
