Tronxy X5 - mainboard cover with reset and anti vibrating fan mount

Simple cooling mainboard cover designed specifically for Tronxy X5 printers. The reset pin is included to ensure easy access when needed. A built-in anti-vibrating mount allows for secure attachment of a 40 mm fan, minimizing vibrations that can affect performance. The goal behind creating this cooling system is to keep ICs at optimal temperatures even during long prints at high speeds and high bed temperatures. In fact, I was able to print ABS plastic at an impressive 105C for over 20 hours without experiencing any heat-related issues with the mainboard. This suggests that additional MOSFETs are not necessary. To assemble this cooling system, you will need four M3 x 40 mm screws and four M3 nuts. Additionally, two rubber bands are required to secure the 40 mm fan in place. My personal settings for printing include a wall thickness of 1.2 mm, as well as a top and bottom layer thickness of 1.2 mm.
