I just printed out the new design, tested it, and the fit is perfect - like a glove that's very attractive looking. I didn't have any calipers on hand to take precise measurements, so I hope it fits together smoothly. I'll test print again and make adjustments as needed. Since I'm printing in PLA, if someone could print in ABS and let me know how well it fits, I'd really appreciate that. Thingiverse.com is an amazing resource - the support from the community is fantastic!
