Tronxy X5: Bed stabilization project. 3 possible stages. - Usable with one arm only, two arms or at least complete with lead screw and 2GT belt... WARNING: If you print at high temperatures the heat may melt these items! Insulate the heating bed's bottom side very well. A good hint anyway. You may use filament with better thermal resistance to print these items, such as ABS. A. For one arm, you need: - one linear rod 8 mm about 500mm and one LM8UU bearing - two clamps for holding the rod, four screws and profile nuts (You'd better use the "...Klemme2" version.) - optional: bed leveling wheels, one M3 nut each B. For two arms, you need: - two linear rods 8 mm about 500mm and two LM8UU bearings - four clamps for holding the rods, eight screws and profile nuts (You'd better use the "...Klemme2" version.) - four screws M4x20 with nuts and washers for the connecting piece - optional: bed leveling wheels, one M3 nut each C. For complete setup with lead screw and 2GT belt: - two linear rods 8 mm about 500mm and two LM8UU bearings - four clamps for holding the rods, eight screws and profile nuts - four screws M4x20 with nuts and washers for the connecting piece (They can be printed, better use the "...Klemme2" version.) - optional: bed leveling wheels, one M3 nut each -- one lead screw with same angle like your existing one. Length 500mm, has to be cutted to fit in. -- one brass nut, fitting to the lead screw -- two pillow block flange bearings 8mm KFL08 and screws and profile nuts -- one closed belt 2GT-840 (can be longer) -- two pulleys 8mm for 2GT for lead screws - better with more teeth, maybe 36. (They can be printed. Need M3 nut and M3x10 screw each) -- one pulley with gear (bearing) to tight the 2GT belt. In my case 3mm with 20 teeth, and a fitting screw plus nut. (Take your time and patience for alligning the parts. A gentle movement makes fine prints!)
