TRONXY X5 Alternative Z Limit Switch Assembly
thingiverse
I wasn't thrilled with the Z Axis Home Switch Assembly on my TRONXY X5 either. This design consists of two parts, secured by clamping pressure from two screws on the outside that grasp the part tightly. The holes are strategically undersized to enable the use of stock self-tapping screws for attaching the limit switch directly onto the assembly. In my case, I employed a M3 tap on the back for the M3x20 screws, but you can easily drill out the holes to convert them into clearance holes with nuts instead.
