Y Axis Stepper Motor Mount to Turn Stepper Vertical: Eliminate Original Hardware To turn the stepper motor vertical and eliminate all original Y axis hardware, convert the bed to linear rails. Stepper Motor Mount: Printed with supports for mounting tabs using .2mm layer height and 20% infill. Belt Holders do not require support and need to be mounted on the left side of the bed to maintain correct Y direction. Drill two holes into the acrylic plate for each mount, then secure with included 3x20mm screws. Also, you'll need approximately 95cm of belt; if your original belt is trimmed, it will likely not be long enough. A new Y stop mount is required, which can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2345504 Kryptonit3's belt tensioner (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2221061) and kencam's rod holders (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2185364) were used. Fusion360 archive files are included for modification of the original files.
