This is a clip-on part specifically designed for the Tronxy X3 3D printer. In the stock configuration/assembly, I discovered that the Y-stop hits six millimeters too far past its intended point, causing the bed to be off-center along the Y axis according to the slicing software's calculations. To rectify this issue, I created this part using Designspark Mechanical and printed it with 50% infill from PLA plastic. For secure installation, I recommend using double-sided tape to keep it firmly attached to the underside of the bed carriage, preventing any rotation issues. This clip-on part is intended to fit over the spacer between the bed carriage and the v-slot roller that typically engages the Y-stop. As this is my first upload of a created-from-scratch design, I hope it will be useful for others. The Tronxy X3 printer offers great value but requires some upgrades to reach decent performance levels; with additional parts, including many printable components, it can become an excellent printer. Recently, I updated this file by slightly thickening certain dimensions for enhanced structural integrity. Although the initial version is functioning well on my own printer without any signs of wear, I sometimes exhibit perfectionistic tendencies that drive me to make minor adjustments like these.
