Tronxy X3 X-Axis Tensioner Improved
thingiverse
Please see the latest version of this Thing here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2225680 It's now significantly more robust. Also check out the notes. I'm modifying my Tronxy P802M to use a 2020 rail system for the X-axis carriage. I need an easy way to tighten the belt for the X-carriage. Found this Thing that will work with 2020 rails: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2020468 After printing the set, I snapped off one of the legs from the tensioner body while trying to remove the little 'foot' the original designer included to help with adhesion. Since it broke so easily, I decided to design a new one with thicker walls. This body I created is pretty much the same but stronger. You will need to print the knob, fork and plate from the above thing in order to use this part. Print Settings Printer: Tronxy P802M Prusa i3 Clone Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: .2MM Infill: 30% Notes: Print this standing upright with the "legs" in the air. Use a 5 to 8MM raft to help with bed adhesion.
