Tronxy X3 X-Axis Tensioner Even More Improved
thingiverse
After breaking a few tensioner bodies for this design, I decided to modify it. This is the latest version of this Thing that I originally modified: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2178187. This time, I added a rib to each exterior corner, making it much stronger than the original or my previous modification. You may need to increase the X and Y dimensions by 2% to fit your rails comfortably. My Monoprice printer prints well at standard settings, but you might have to print the Tronxy P802M at 102%. I successfully printed this on my Up! Box+ in ABS today, and it fits perfectly without any issues. To use this design, you will also need to print the knob, fork, and plate from Thing: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2020468. Printer Settings: * Printer: Monoprice Select Mini * Rafts: No rafts needed * Supports: No supports required * Resolution: .2MM for a precise finish * Infill: 30% for optimal strength and weight balance * Notes: Print this design with the legs pointing upwards. You may also need to print at 102% size to fit it easily on the 2020 rail, depending on your printer's capabilities.
