Tronxy x3, phone holder, cam holder, flexible, camera mount
thingiverse
Hello! I was struggling to find a compact, flexible adjustable camera fixtion for my smartphone that would let me monitor the print's progress from anywhere. So I decided to quickly design and build one myself. I'm thrilled with how it turned out - both in terms of design and function. To make things even more convenient, I've included an M4x0.7 thread so you can use regular M4 bolts to secure it as shown in the images. The parts were printed with a 30% infill rate and 0.2mm thickness, which turned out perfectly. I hope you'll enjoy using this fixtion too! As a bonus, this holder can also be mounted on a tube that I designed specifically for use with my Tronxy X3 as a spool holder or to stand the printer's upper frame upright, freeing up space below for the controller. This makes it a versatile tool that can be used in multiple ways - even as a camera holder! Since I didn't have a 1/4" camera fixation screw, I printed my own and also repurposed a smartphone holder from my selfie stick to test it out. The result is a flawless setup. For optimal performance, consider printing with a 100% infill rate and 0.1mm thickness.
