Tronxy X3 heat bed carrier replacement

Don't download the OpenSCAD file - it's an empty file, just like its name suggests. The real focus is on the other file. The OpenSCAD file exists solely because Thingiverse requires a file type recognized by the platform. The Tronxy X3 heat bed carrier plate isn't useful due to a wrong screw distance that holds the wheels in place. I've found several workarounds here on Thingiverse, but I'm not a fan of any of them. With my new 200W heater on the horizon, I worried the acrylic plate would bend even further. To address this concern, I decided on an aluminum replacement for improved durability. Given my limited access to proper tools and time, I opted to have the carrier plate professionally manufactured. I designed it as a drop-in replacement using free software from Schaeffer AG, called Frontplatten Designer (Front Panel Designer). This program allows users to directly order the plate from the company's website. My design includes additional drill holes for mounting three wheels instead of four and securing the bed with just three screws. The new CNC milled bed features holes accommodating this setup. Four extra holes are present, but they only cause issues. As expected, the new aluminum carrier fits perfectly without any wobble. Although aluminum weighs slightly more than twice that of acrylic, its reduced thickness (3mm) makes up for the difference in weight. I've attached the Frontplatten Designer file so users can view it and potentially order a custom-made plate from Schaeffer AG. Feel free to modify the design if you disagree with my choices. Please note that this file doesn't include the logo, and the aluminum isn't anodized. For clarity, I'm not affiliated with Schaeffer AG; ordering from them won't earn me any rewards.
