Tronxy X3 heat bed carrier replacement

Don't download the OpenSCAD file. It is an empty file like the name suggests. This is all about the other file. The OpenSCAD file is just there because thingiverse doesn't accept entries without a file type known by thingiverse The Tronxy X3 heat bed carrier plate is not useful. Mainly because of the wrong distance between the screws that holds the wheels. I know of many workarounds that you can find here on thingiverse, but sorry I don't like them. With my new 200W heater in the near I feared that the acrylic plate could bend additionally. So I decided that I need a replacement made from aluminium. Because of the lack of the right tools and enough time I looked for a way to get it made by a professional manufacturer. I designed the new carrier plate as a drop in replacement of the old one with the nice free software from the company Schaeffer AG. It is named Frontplatten Designer (Front Panel Designer) and can get downloaded here. This program allowed me to order the plate directly from the Company. My design includes additional drill holes to make it possible to use 3 wheels instead of 4 and to mount the bed with 3 screws. My new CNC milled bed has holes for this. 4 holes are over-determined and make only trouble, but they are still there. Needles to say that the new carrier fits perfectly, no wobble at all. The specific weight of aluminium is a little bit more than twice of that of acryl, but the aluminium plate is only 3mm height, that is less than the half of the acrylic plate, so I doubt that there will be much more weight. I have attached the file for the Frontplatten Designer so you can view it and, if you want, to allow you to order it. And of course you can customise it, if you think I made it wrong. Be aware that my file doesn't include the logo and the aluminium is not anodized. I am not affiliated with the company Schaeffer AG. I don't get anything if anyone is ordering anything from them.
