I upgraded all the Z brackets and motor mounts on my Tronxy X3 with printed components, significantly reducing part count. I made these changes for two key reasons: first, the bolts securing the original motor mounts often came loose mid-print, causing frustration; second, several printable motor mounts featured alignment bumps to ensure the printer remained square during operation. Notably, this was the only motor mount I couldn't find a suitable replacement for, so I designed it myself from scratch. Longer screws are likely required to secure the extruder motor properly. To create the new design, I used the Z mounts as a base plate and took measurements from my steppers and other motor mounts on hand.
