New Rev 3 - moved the extruder fan up so it completely misses the heating block, I was having issues with PID tuning for it to be stable. Now it reaches 240c no problem, and my two blower fans I keep at 60% max, which is more than enough cooling, higher and it starts bringing my extruder temp down too much. Enjoy! My version of a cooler for the TRONXY X3 printer. I couldn't find one that met my needs, so I modeled many different versions until I found one that works well and doesn't cool the heating block much. Pid tune your extruder after installing this mod. Make sure your fans are running at normal speeds when pid tuning to replicate printing conditions. You'll need: 1x 40mm fan 2x 5015 blower fans
