Tronxy x3 e3d v6 Mount with lj12 sensor
thingiverse
I'm excited to share my first upload, where I've taken on the challenge of modifying my x3a hotend to an e3d v6. From the start, I was unsure about which mounting plate to use, so I decided to design one myself. This custom plate can be easily attached to the original x carriage, providing a significant boost in strength and stability. Next up, I'm planning a major upgrade - a full conversion to linear rail on the x and z axes using mgn9 or mgn12 rods. By ditching the rubber wheels for precision bearings, this modification will take my printer's accuracy to the next level. For now, I've opted for a bowden hotend setup, but the future holds exciting plans - a direct drive system is on the horizon! I'm eager to hear from the community and incorporate any suggestions or improvements that might be out there. Thanks for taking an interest in my project!
