Tronxy X3 - E3d V6 Dual hot end mount with channeled cold end cooling
thingiverse
Update: I forgot the cutout for the lower wheel screw of the X carriage. Fixed now, sorry about that. This is a remix of the great hot end mount made by jbabio, modified specifically for the Tronxy X3. It's only the back part; you'll need to grab the front part from the original to complete it. I created this because current E3D V6 mounts for the Tronxy X3 make printing ABS nearly impossible - air from the cooling fan of the E3D gets reflected by the mounts towards the heat bed, causing the ABS to curl. Be aware that I haven't printed these parts yet, so I'm not 100% sure they'll match. I couldn't modify the original STL file directly due to OpenSCAD issues; instead, I redesigned it from scratch using OpenSCAD. The SCAD file is included. I worked hard to capture the original dimensions from the STL file, so hopefully, it will fit. The air outlets differ slightly, but this shouldn't cause any mounting problems. I opted out of using nut catches and plan on utilizing M3 heat inserts instead.
