I'm making adjustments on the fly, but to be honest, I haven't even bothered with dual extrusion, so testing this feature hasn't been a priority. The mechanism for adjusting needs work - right now, the adjustable part can easily slide upwards. There's nothing stopping the screw from moving up if the extruder gets bumped, which isn't ideal.
