Tronxy X3 Bed Upgrade

<b>!!!UPDATED!!! July 8th</b> So, I've got some bad news about the Tronxy X3's Y axis - it's a real mess! From day one, I knew it was going to be a problem when I bought this thing. But I had a plan: I'd upgrade my bed as soon as possible using Kencam's design, which is actually what inspired me in the first place. I printed up my legs upgrade, corner supports, and even an extruder sink cooler, thinking I was all set for the bed upgrade. But then disaster struck - my printer melted down! After a Ramps 1.4 upgrade and a part cooling upgrade of my own design, I finally got around to creating this, my own bed upgrade. Note that it's totally inspired by Kencam's design, which is why it looks so similar! **WARNING & NOTE!!** This upgrade requires you to tear down a critical part of your machine, so make sure you've got all the parts you need before you start. Don't be like me and discover that one of the parts you printed was messed up or missing - that would just be awful! After installing this upgrade, I've noticed some amazing improvements: * My prints are way more precise! * I hardly have to level my print bed anymore * It's quieter! * The design style is similar to my leg and upper extrusion designs. Here's a breakdown of each part: #### The Bed Support This is the biggest part - it holds the print bed in place and slides on liner Shafts using attached bearings. I bought these parts on eBay for about $17, but you'll need to look them up yourself (the listing might not be there when you read this). You'll also need a set of teeth to attach the belt to the bottom - it's pretty clever! #### The Belt Tensioner This is my own design, and I'm really proud of how it turned out! It works on a concept of pulling rather than twisting, and it requires only one screw to adjust. I didn't like Kencam's tensioner, so I came up with something better. #### The Y - Stepper Holder This part simply turns the stepper 90 degrees and holds it close to the aluminum extrusion - pretty straightforward! #### The Shaft Supports These parts are pretty obvious how they work, except for the end stop sensor holder. It's designed to hold the stock switch and uses the Bed Support itself as the stop - just remember to adjust your offsets. **UPDATE:** I've made some changes to the part that should fix slicing issues, and I've also updated the Bed Support model with measurements for a different bed design. Make sure to measure this before you print it - it would be a disaster if it didn't fit!
