Tronxy X3 Air Deflector
thingiverse
I Designed a Stock Air Deflector for My Tronxy X3's Fan Shroud to Prevent Heat Block Melting During ABS Printing. Switching back to my stock shroud was the only way I could avoid melting it while printing with ABS after my PLA version melted on me. The air deflector fits neatly into the bottom first rib of the hot end heat sink and under the fan's lower edge, inside the shroud. This clever design keeps air from blowing onto the heat block, allowing temperatures to soar above 250 degrees Celsius for seamless ABS printing. To print this successfully, you'll need to use supports. Good luck!
