The tensioner that comes with the X1 is utterly inadequate, making it a real challenge to adjust. I also own the TronXY X3, and I designed a new tensioner inspired by idig3d's elegant solution, which I printed for myself. His design is truly exceptional, so I took his idea as a starting point and created my own custom tensioner from scratch to work seamlessly with the X1. I specifically designed this tensioner to complement idig3d's end cap, knob, and bracket. I highly recommend downloading and printing the link above for idig3d's x belt tensioner to ensure your x belt functions flawlessly on your X1. This custom solution works incredibly well, providing a rock-solid connection with six screws - though you can actually get away with using four or fewer. The best part? It reuses existing parts, requiring only an M5x25 screw and an M5 nut.
