TronXY X1 Spool Holder (fast to print) with Z-Axis Rod stabilzer
thingiverse
I built this stand as a rapid-fire alternative to lengthy, time-consuming full 3D printed stands on the market today. The foundation piece features a precision-cut hole for the Z-Axis rod to guide it smoothly in place. To ensure stability and durability, I recommend printing each part with an exceptionally high infill percentage, capable of withstanding the significant force exerted by a 1kg spool. For assembly, I utilized a sturdy 1cm diameter wooden dowel that snugly fits into all parts, holding them firmly together. Notably, the corner piece could potentially benefit from a slightly reduced thickness to enhance overall structural integrity.
