Tronxy X1 Heatblock Guard
thingiverse
This part significantly reduces unwanted heatblock cooling caused by the hotend-fan on the Tronxy X1. It's highly advisable to place aluminium foil inside to minimize heat loss and prevent prints from becoming soft. Tests revealed a substantial reduction in heatup times, shrinking them from 30 seconds to two minutes (190° to 230°). The maximum reachable temperature with this part was 275°, where the firmware refused to let me increase it further, likely to safeguard the assembly from overheating entirely.
