A major bed upgrade is now possible using Adverse Effects' big y axis upgrade. The two upgrades allow you to gradually increase your build area from 150x150x150mm to much larger sizes. Of course, you'll need longer 2040 extrusions. Print the smaller bed on your current Tronxy build area with your taller z-axis first. Then print the larger bed using the one you just made. I printed my beds with four perimeters and 20% infill for a durable and rigid result. I highly recommend using a Phenolic Sheet like this one https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0013HM0SE/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 As its thickness adds to the beds' rigidity.
