The ultimate goal is to create a truly portable Tronxy X1 setup, requiring a more substantial printer to accommodate it. This design consists of a single piece that houses both the base and the top of the printer. To assemble this modular system, start by drilling through the base of the X1 using a pilot bit, carefully targeting the flange of the case with a drill bit slightly smaller than the screws intended for use. Next, drill through the pre-existing pilot holes in the base of the X1 with a larger drill bit, then securely attach the printer's base to the case using the designated screws. For added flair, incorporate LED lighting into this compact setup.
