Tronxy P802M Z-Axis End Stop Mount
thingiverse
After ditching the lousy original X-Carriage ends that came with my printer, I swapped them out for parts from this Thing: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1103976. As this setup lacks a provision to mount the actuator for the Z-axis end stops, I came up with this Thing myself. The mount that goes on the motor and holds the microswitch originated from another Thing found here, but I'm unable to find the original creator so I'd appreciate it if you could let me know so I can give them proper credit. Printing and assembly are a breeze - simply print the arm and mount flat, the spacers standing upright. Place the 17.5MM spacer and arm on the bottom two holes of the motor mount, and position the 2.5MM spacers between the switch and mount as shown in the pic. You might need to add a pair of nuts to the height adjustment screw, as it has come loose over time since I first built this. If I get some free time, I may redesign the arm to incorporate a nut-holding feature. Print Settings Printer Monoprice Select Mini Rafts No Supports No Resolution .25MM Infill 30% Notes You'll need to print two of the 2.5MM spacers, and possibly drill new holes if your switch doesn't align with the mount's switch holes.
