This plate enables precise placement of the part cooling fan output directly above the extruder nozzle. As a result, attaching cooling fan shrouds to the cooling fan becomes much simpler and ensures they align perfectly. To minimize drag on the stepper motors, I focused on creating a simple and lightweight design. The plate also provides an excellent view from the left side of the printer, making it easier to monitor the printing process. I hope this design proves beneficial for other users. Print Settings Printer: TRONXY p802e Rafts: Not necessary Supports: None required Resolution: 0.1 mm Infill: At least 50% Notes: To prevent lifting, I printed with a 5 mm brim on the first print. However, this may not be necessary for subsequent prints. The print took approximately 1.5 hours at these settings. For optimal results, consider printing in ABS instead of PLA. This part was designed using Fusion 360.
