I'm having a major pet peeve with my bed shifting mid-print due to those wobbly springs, so here's my solution. I've designed a cup piece that fits snugly on one end and a post inside on the other, which tightly constrains the spring while still allowing for plenty of adjustment range. These custom-made pieces fit my springs perfectly, but you might need to scale them slightly to suit your printer's specifications. I'm also sharing an additional design feature - a thumb nut extension part that presses firmly onto the nuts provided with my printer, ensuring a secure and tight connection. To achieve optimal results, I recommend using the highest temperature plastic available for printing.
