TronXY Linear Rail Conversion

I wanted to put linear rails on the X and Y of a TronXY without completely changing everything. The purpose of this thing is to attach MGN12h rails to the tops of the extrusions without requiring a new hotend or any motherboard modifications. This thing mostly utilizes the stock parts that come with the TronXY and has been sized to appropriately use the quantity of M5 screws (30mm, 35mm, 40mm) that come with the TronXY in the box. The recessed nut areas in this are sized for the included nylock nuts. Do not over-tighten the nylock nuts. Once they give tension, they're tight enough. It's easy to snap your printed parts by tightening them down too tightly. I did not reuse the Phillips M4 screws with T-nuts that came with this. Instead, I used some M3 equivalents that I had sitting around. This matters because the holes to mount these are all sized for M3 screws. M5 sized gears... either of these should work GT2 gear with 5mm bore. You'll need 6 of these, so a couple of 5-packs should work. Another brand is available in a 10-pack for about the same price as two 5-packs: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07BPGYX3G https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01H3DNKYY M5 sized pulleys... same as above but smooth -- you'll only need 2 of these, so a 5-pack is plenty: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01H3F8LUU/ For my belt tensioner, I used a smaller gear with a smaller (3mm) bore: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01H3FNZ4M/ To synchronize the Z axis rods at the bottom, this 1220mm belt fits perfectly on the 400mm TronXY. Well, almost perfectly because we still need a belt tensioner. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B018HMU9NU/ The included TronXY belt was garbage. Mine came twisted and crushed and didn't feel as strong as this replacement: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08974S1CC/ And you'll want two matched gears for the bottom of the Z axis rods (they attach below the threaded 8mm rod... right on the z axis motor shaft: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07DBN8KFT/
