I designed several alternatives before deciding to go solo. The main frame base accommodates the extruder perfectly, giving the filament a direct path from the spool. It's working flawlessly. To secure the top to the tower, I used two 3x25mm sheet metal screws. For mounting the tower to the frame, I opted for two 4mm screws with inserts. Update: The original design was intended for two spools, so you only need to print one spool shaft and a new end cap if you prefer a single spool.
