A custom mount combines an E3D v6 hotend, a BLTouch probe, and a 40mm part cooling fan to optimize print quality.\r\n\r\nInspired by previous designs, this creation offers a unique solution for those seeking improved performance.\r\n\r\nNote: This setup slightly offsets the hotend forward by approximately 15mm, potentially interfering with the Y-axis travel limits. The resulting loss of about 10mm in print area at the rear of the bed is easily addressed.\r\n\r\nTo resolve this issue, loosen the T-nuts and carefully move the frame's vertical sections back by roughly 25mm to restore a balanced design. This adjustment may require drilling two new 5mm holes for the bolts securing the uprights from beneath the printer.
