So I picked up a Troxy C5 for my self-contained ABS machine. I quickly discovered that the X and Y bearings were causing nothing but problems, so I decided to install 20t GT2 M5 bore idlers. Then I found out that standard washers were preventing the bearings from turning because they were rubbing against the side. So these tapered washers only grip the inner bearing, allowing them to turn more smoothly. You'll also need a new M5 bolt for the right-hand side bearing since the original one is too short. 1x M5 35mm (Y axis right-hand side) 1x M5 25mm (Y axis left-hand side) I've included the step file in case you want to make some adjustments to fit your needs. Now I need a better way to tighten my belts!
