Tron Lightcycle/Run for LEGO/Micro K'nex
thingiverse
This is a model of Tron Lightcycle/Run for LEGO riders on K’nex track. This file includes the basic tron bike vehicles to fit onto K’nex track as well as an accessible vehicle to fit at the back of a train. I would recommend 4 vehicles per train (4 regular or 3 regular & 1 accessible). Parts: Each ride vehicle requires 6 wheels & 6 wheel nuts. The accessible vehicle also requires 2 lap bars. Connecting the vehicles: To connect them together, tip the cars to 90 degrees downwards & slide into the gap (as shown in the 2nd image). This has been designed so the chassis cannot come apart whilst on the track. Restraints: For the accessible vehicle, clip a lap bar onto the bar in front of each seat. LEGO figures should slide into the regular seats whilst being secure. Make sure to pressed their hands up against the handle bars to keep them secure. I haven't been able to test this myself so I cannot be sure this works, however I believe it should, please let me know if there are any issues, especially with joining & unjoining the chassis together as it looks tight from my view. As this design originally belongs to Disney, I can only give permission for non commercial personal use. I’d also like to credit Aubenc for the nut & bolt pieces: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:8796 All measurements in centimetres (cm)
