Want to give your TRON arcade cabinet a thrilling makeover? This fantastic kit is the perfect way to make your TRON truly stand out from the crowd. Custom clips designed by Kent Stowe (The_Blen) and myself (Ridicrick), combined with some fiber optic cables and clever hardware, are all you need to complete this project. Here's what you'll need to bring it all together: Print two Light engine to 8mm adapters Print twelve Split clips Print two Return clips Print two Tension clips (4) 5mm x 8mm Set screws (18) 5mm x 10mm Install screws (4) 5mm x 12mm Tension screws (used on Tension clips) (2) 1x1cm mirrors (you'll likely get a pack of 200 and only need two) (4) corner brackets to mount the fiber optic engine on top of the cabinet (1) fiber optic 2-head RGBW LED engine (25ft) of 8mm fiber optic side glow cable Use our finished cabinet pictures as inspiration for installing most of the kit. The clips screw onto the t-molding, damaging only that part which can be easily replaced if needed. Tension clips keep a tight grip on the cable, preventing it from being loose and flimsy. Tiny mirrors (only two are needed) get installed at the end of the cable inside the Return clip, held in place by set screws. These mirrors bounce back light, making the cable evenly lit up. 8mm adapters fit the fiber optic engine holes and prevent light escape. The rest is basic common sense.
