Video: https://youtu.be/lwS2hN_AcFU Decided to share models for my own design, Trolley Handle Mount for GW Monster. This model is designed for strength and simplicity. Printing in PLA works fine, just use 3-4 outer walls and print a bit hotter for perfect layer-bonding. I have personally used this in PLA for a month with daily usage, no issues. Sideways loads are handled by the parts themselves, while screws only handle forward and back loads. Use Gotway's default plastic screws. Important! Use a drill to make sure the holes are slightly bigger than the screws you plan to use. Read here: - Distance from the top part: The shell of the Monster trolley handle tapers at the top, so placing it too high up will put stresses on the case and probably break it. See the added photo! - Predrill holes in the case and parts. Use Gotway stock plastic screws, with predrilled holes matching the inner core of the screw. - Install the parts on the trolley handle first before installing onto the wheel. - Take apart the stock trolley and install my parts. - I advise placing a thin layer of rubber, EVA foam, or cork between parts and case. This makes for a more robust fit as you tighten it, compressing the material in between. It's easy to see. Only tighten screws enough for a snug fit. This model is not for others to print and sell; it's only for the community to help each other and make life easier. If you see someone selling this as a kit or whatnot, I did not agree to it, and they are stealing. I have more ideas and models I'd like to share later on, but if people use that for their own profit, I'll stop doing so. PS: The distance file is shown in photo number 2.
