I've attached the file for a detailed Troll bust created using Zbrush, designed to be scaled up significantly on a resin printer. The level of detail is impressive, and I recommend attempting either 0.05 or 0.025 resolution with a grey ABS-like resin for optimal results. Don't forget to include vent holes if you choose to hollow out the model for printing, especially when scaling it up quite large.
