Triumph Legend TT 900 Cafe Racer parts
pinshape
Triumph Legend TT900, a custom Cafe Racer project inspired by the iconic Thunderbird 900. A shortened rear frame and seat make it ideal for smaller bikers. As the project progresses, more details and pictures will be added. For 3D printed parts, I'm using PETG, ABS, Nylon, and TPE materials. After testing with PETG, I successfully printed the Velocity Stack without any post-processing required on the model. Now, I'm working on a new rear light design that meets local regulations - a driving light, brake light, and license plate light in one. The basic structure is modeled, but I need to add attachments for the LED panel and support for the license plate light, along with some holes. Once complete, all STL files will be shared here, after thorough testing to ensure proper fitment. The rear light still requires refinement using Rhino software. I attempted to upload a .zip file containing new STL and G-code files for the Velocity Stack printed at 0.20mm layer thickness with PETG, but unfortunately, the service experienced issues, resulting in an incorrect file being displayed. I'll try again later when the problem is resolved.
