My Ongoing Test of Using Printed Sprocket Covers for Triumph Bonneville, Thruxton, and Scrambler Bikes. I'm still experimenting with printing sprocket covers that fit the Triumph Bonneville, Thruxton, and Scrambler models. The standard cover has a tendency to get packed up with chain grease and dirt, which can lead to a mess in the sprocket area. A printed cover should help keep this area cleaner. Unfortunately, my printer has size limitations, so I had to omit the fifth bolt hole from the model. Perhaps future improvements could be made by splitting the print into two pieces. To prevent the cover from touching the sprocket, you can print four spacers that are 50mm long from the spacers.stl file. If you don't have a replacement for the short bottom bolt, you can use a longer spacer to secure it back in place. Printer Settings: Printer: Flashforge Dreamer Rafts: No Supports: Yes Infill: 50% Notes: I had to rotate the object slightly to fit it on my Flashforge print bed. Don't try scaling the model, as the bolt holes are currently in the right positions.
